ORDERS
Upon placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your order number and purchase summary. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

RETURNS
DOMESTIC
We accept domestic returns within 7 days of your order’s delivery date. Please ensure that tags remain attached and that items are in sellable condition. Include the packing slip with your returned items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error or damage on our end.

Affix the printed label to the outside of your shipping box and include the packing slip inside.

Drop off your package at any USPS location or schedule a pickup via USPS.com
6. Once received and reviewed by our warehouse, your refund will be processed excluding the initial shipping cost.
Also, a flat $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
For damaged items, contact our Customer Service Team at : support@starlettaastroga.com within your 7 days of delivery. Include photo verification to receive a replacement, store credit, or refund.
INTERNATIONAL
International returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in sellable condition with tags attached, and the original packing slip included. A flat $20 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Use the return portal to start your return, and check tracking progress online.
